Tim Anderson

Originally trained under Simon, Tim leads City Life Church Cambridge, planted out in 1984 with just 3 people.  Continuing to lead the church and oversight team, Tim has a pioneering spirit, a passionate heart for God, an encouraging love for people, and a radical, real approach to what church can be.  Tim and Ania are committed to releasing and planting out young leaders into significant places in society and church planting.  They enjoy travelling, Saturdays on the sidelines supporting their boys’ football pursuits, and fun family adventures with their three kids, Ola, Max and Toby!  Contact tim.anderson@citylifechurch.net.

Roy Wheeler

Roy has served as chair of the board of trustees for a significant number of years. Along with his wife, Dorothy, he pioneered and led Colchester Area Community Church for over 25 years before handing on the leadership during 2009.  Roy and Dorothy now function in a pastor/teacher role in the Plumbline family of churches and more widely, including serving a number of overseas relationships.  Prior to entering into full-time ministry in 1990, Roy was on the senior management development career path of a major UK bank. The Core Team serve under Simon’s apostolic call and vision to help him fulfil it.  Each team member has their own Ephesians 4.11 ministry/anointing and serves in the team accordingly. Plumbline is also committed to the priesthood of all believers and is deeply grateful to many who serve with their gifts and talents to enable us to fulfil our vision.
