There are two geographical networks of churches within the Plumbline family, which Simon supports – one in Ireland and one in the east of England. He also supports many other leaders from other networks and denominations.
The Plumbline Ireland churches and ministries are overseen by Trevor Hill.
Trevor and Diane moved to Galway in 1989 and spent 7 years in a pastoral role, training under Graeme and Frances Wylie, who were lead pastors at that time of Galway Christian Fellowship. Moving to Athlone in 1997, they established River of Life Midlands Christian Family with their precious friends and co-workers Tony and Maureen Broderick. As a church they celebrated their 21st anniversary in 2018. Trevor and Diane’s passion is prayer, worship and a desire to see people reach their potential in God, especially the rising generation.

The Plumbline churches in the East of England are overseen by Tim Anderson.
After 24 years’ experience in leading community and student-based church in Cambridge, Tim now heads up Plumbline’s work into the east of England. With a particular interest in starting and supporting churches in market towns, new development areas and rural settings, Tim strongly believes that smaller churches have a vital role to play in transforming lives and communities. Through a regional team, Plumbline is providing a support network by which this is possible.
Locally, Tim is senior leader of Huntingdonshire Community Church, is married to Ania and has three teenage children: Ola, Max and Toby. In their spare time Tim and Ania chair and develop their boys’ football club with 20 teams across various age groups. They also love their local Arts Cinema, travelling, and socialising with friends.
Tim oversees the following ministries:
